Free Function Room
The Stick & Pitcher is available for private hire for the following:-
- Birthday Parties
- Family Fun Days
- Corporate Functions
- Weddings
- Private Dinner Parties
- Tailored Events
Our Terms & Conditions for hire are:-
The function room is free of charge once bar spend exceeds £500. If bar spend is below £500 you will be required to make up the difference.
The function room includes the Stick & Pitcher bar and decking, the seminar room and the upstairs toilets.
The bar will close at midnight.
Table confetti is not permitted.
We do not allow external caterers. All food must be purchased from Highfields Sports Club with the exception of a your celebration cake.
Damage Waiver: To secure your booking you must pay a returnable deposit of £100 which will be returned the day after the booking.
Payment for pitch hire, entertainment (DJ) or catering must be paid 5 working days before the event.
